Friday Fave Five: June 28th

Whoop! Whoop! Another weekend is here and it couldn't have come at a better time, right?! With another weekend comes another session of my Friday Fave Five where I dish on my favorite posts of the week giving you an opportunity to review them over the weekend.

Let the fun begin.

1. Top Ten Grain Free Bread Recipes

This post by Healy Food Vegetarian includes a variety of delicious looking grain-free bread recipes! I'm looking forward to trying them all.

2. Thai Red Beef Curry

Rubies and Radishes does it again! Arsy shared one of her slowcooker recipes from her amazing book. This recipe is so creative, paleo friendly and very pretty!

3. 10 Good Reasons to Go Paleo

It's nice to read posts like this one from Holistic Squid from time to time because they're great refreshers as to why I eat the way I eat. You know... just in case I forget how great it makes me feel.

4. How to Test Yourself for Food Sensitivities

Empowered Sustenance is one of my favorite blogs out there. She always has really good information and I love that she has introduced me to this test. I'm currently trying it out for myself to see how accurate it is. But, it's a great reminder that everyone is different and we will not all be sensitive to the same things. It's important that we figure out on an individual basis what works for us.

5. Smoothing and Blemish Minimizing Face Mask

Of course I have to include this one in this week's favorites. I was given the opportunity to guest write for Primally Inspired (a HUGE honor for me)! It's one of my ultimate favorites. This post includes a simple, homemade face mask that will tighten your skin and also use the benefits of salicylic acid (found in strawberries) to help minimize blemishes.
